1 month to go!

Hi everyone,

Luke + I have just 1 month to go before we embark on our craziest venture yet: a bike ride across the Pyrenees mountains!

In the coming days we'll post the route and various other gory details so you can, as it were, feel our pain - during both the final weeks of training and the ride itself. How's this for a taster: 680km and 32,000 vertical feet: that's as high as an airliner...

In the meantime, enjoy the pictures of our last big ride: Land's End to John o'Groats in 2007.
